Alumni Global Consultants (AGC) was founded in 2024 by Danya Ray, a seasoned professional, who recognized the importance of a thriving and engaged alumni community.

Driven by a passion for maximizing the potential of these connections, Danya established AGC to help CEOs/key stakeholders understand the value of creating an alumni network and the strategic advantages it brings. Understanding that every organization is unique, we advise your team in developing a best-in-class program that aligns with your brand’s culture.

Once seen as a “nice to have”, alumni programs in global organizations have become a “need to have”, now essential for staying competitive in today’s professional market. Industries across the board, including law firms, financial companies, healthcare, and consulting firms, have embraced the value of developing relationships with alumni.
